i was utterly appalled by the lack of cleanliness in my room and the so-called service. where's my complimentary upgrade for putting up with this mess? i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t overlook this absolute travesty.

We arrived late and the staff were super friendly, which helped us feel at ease. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The bar had great drinks. Just a bit of a trek to the beach! The parking fee caught us off guard, though.

Amazing spot for a group getaway with friends! The hotel offered great shuttle service to the beach and train station. We enjoyed various activities like hiking and trying local seafood along the promenade. The staff were super friendly, and the pool area was lovely for relaxing after a busy day.

Although the decor looks promising, the noise from loud music drowns out any sense of tranquility one might expect from a 'Zen' atmosphere. Breakfast is pretty underwhelming—more fruit options would really help the selection. Lastly, there are quite a few stairs to navigate, especially when hauling luggage. not fun when you're tired from travel.

The service from one male staff member was particularly rude and unhelpful when I requested a paper cup for coffee, which made my mornings frustrating. The breakfast option was limited and of low quality, not living up to my expectations considering I had paid in advance for it.
